Nehemiah's Prayer Life

When Nehemiah hears the bad news from Jerusalem that rebuilding efforts are being sabotaged, he says a private prayer to God (Nehemiah 1:5-11). But we see in 2:4-5 that any time is a good time for prayer as he goes to God for strength even as he prepares an answer for King Artaxerxes right there on the spot. This is a great example of what it means to "pray continually" as Paul encourages in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18.
