Messianic Prophecies in Hosea

In yesterday's reading there were several sections that were Messianic prophecies, including 1:7, 1:10-2:1, and 3:4-5. Overall when you know the history of the Israelites you know that these verses can't be talking from a worldly perspective--for example the two kingdoms of Israel don't exactly unite in repentance under one earthly leader. No, this is instead referring the New Testament Israel, the Church, uniting in faith in our Savior Jesus Christ.
